William was born in about 1702 in Wootton Bassett and baptised on the 3th Mar 1903 and was the son of William and Edith. William married Anne who was born in about 1903 in Wiltshire and died on the 27th Jul 1784 in Wootton Bassett and together they had seven children. They are, John, Thomas, Elizabeth, John, Mary, Edith and Anne. There is nothing known about Anne's parents yet but there is little doubt they will be from the area as people did not travel very far in the 1800's. So with a little more digging I may find Anne's parent's names. William and Anne were the grandparents of ten grandchildren.
